Valentina, Artist
I am Valentina and I make the crafts. I have been working with yarn and fabric since childhood, and will try any medium I can get my hands on. My main mediums these days are crochet, knitting, embroidery, ceramics, collage, painting, and sewing. The majority of the things I make are my own designs. I enjoy a good challenge that I can do with the cat on my lap and an audiobook in my ears. I enjoy textures and colors and bringing a smile and a little bit of joy to the humans around me.
Nicholas, Market Husband
Nicholas is my husband! He is my best friend, confidant, and hype man. I am lucky to have him with me at markets when he is not busy at the mental health factory. He doesn’t crochet but he makes really fun collages and zines.
Kyoshi, CEO
Kyoshi is a silly little cat who doesn’t know what is going on, so naturally, she is the boss. She enjoys playing and napping and watching the yarn move.
A sample of the things I make
Some of these are one-of-a-kind, some are commissioned, and some I have made dozens of times. I love handmade objects and no two of them are exactly the same.
